RST Pro Series Commander CE Textile Trousers - Black / Black

Bought these as a winter trouser, comfortable and fit as expected. Knee armour adjustable so it sits perfectly, can’t comment on waterproof yet. Tried the more expensive Vulcan but preferred the fit and feel of these. Very happy

Wet crotch in less than 3 miles in moderate rain, so that's pretty disappointing but they are comfy and light so if you need some good value textile trousers they're alright, especially whilst on offer, but you'll need over trousers still.

Another great product from RST! Does exactly what’s stated, great for keeping you dry and warm plus you’ve the added bonus of using the supplied braces, if you don’t want them they Velcro out of the double waist band.

Having returned a similar product (from a different brand) for poor quality I was amazed by the quality, fit and useabilty of the RST product for little extra money. They are a pleasure to ride in. My only observation (not a criticsm) is when it comes to having a pee! Unless you have porn star attributes you need to more or less disrobe to have a pee. Other than that, brilliant!

I am returning to biking after a long time and was investing in PPE from scratch. From the first phone call with "Smithy" to the delivery the process couldn't have been smoother. I've only given four stars as these are a replacement pair of trousers after the first pair let water in around the nether regions. However, as per usual, Sportsbikeshop and RST replaced the faulty trousers without any problem, despite the fact that I'd had them for some time in the hot dry weather.

Great fit, excellent quality. Bought these for a recent tour of Scotland. Got rained on several times, stayed perfectly dry and warm. Would certainly recommend.

These trousers feel suitably sturdy and protective. Inner lining zips out for warmer weather but they are still quite heavy, although the airflow zips can be opened and they are not too hot at around 25degC temperature but any higher might be uncomfortable. Trousers have braces but not an opening fly so you're going to need to remove your jacket and pull the trousers down if you need the loo.

I bought the full suit, jacket and trousers. Very comfortable, truly waterproof, fits true to size. Love the mid length of the jacket. Braces on trousers are good and easily removable. Best kit I have owned, especially for the total price.

Very comfortable and warm. I must admit i don't like the thermal liners in trousers as i find them warm enough. These are very warm without the liner (March April in the UK). I would recommend them without a doubt.

Pants fit well , there are regular and short lengths all across the size range, warm and windproof, only been out in drizzle yet , vents work really well the armour is in the right place when sat on my bike , ( adventure bike) there is a removable liner which goes to calf length. Braces can be removed.

Quality bit of kit. Sizing spot on.
Not been tested in the wet yet but don't envisage any problems. Nice and warm in winter conditions. Well pleased!

I've been looking for a decent pair of waterproof bike trousers for some time at a sensible price. Then I came across these laminated pair from RST, these go perfectly with my Rukka jacket.
They were delivered on time. This my 2nd recent purchase from Sports Bike Shop. Very good service.

These are so comfortable and warm. Riding in temperatures around 3°c these have been excellent. Only minor rain tested but being laminate and RST I have faith. The build quality feels excellent. The suspenders are comfortable as well as the hip and knee protection is comfortable and well placed. My only nit pick would be the pockets are a bit small. But they still fit my phone or wallet...
