Best jacket ever

I wanted a textile jacket that would be ok for colder weather and this jacket is perfect. As another reviewer had noted, a nice surprise is that the armour is level 2. I am purchasing the optional chest and back protection. Best jacket I've ever owned.

Needed a new jacket

I wanted a jacket that had stretch panels for ease of movement and being waterproof as well. This jacket fitted the bill exactly, trying on many different ones of other brands none seemed to fit like this and felt comfortable straight away. It doesn't seem too heavy either and after wearing on the bike, it does the job perfectly. The hood is removable and I wasn't keen on it really and looks good without it, everyone's taste I suppose. All in all a great service from Sportsbikeshop as per usual, even when trying on loads of jackets. Would recommend this jacket.

Best textile sport jacket I had

Unfortunately I had to wait almost a month for this jacket but it was well worth the wait. I bought it in December with a good discount so it's only on plus lol. Jacket is nicely shaped and it doesn't look like a bag of potatoes. Warm, waterproof and windproof (I'm riding a naked bike) - tested. It comes with a shoulders & elbows protectors LEVEL 2. No back or chest protectors though. I'm size M (170cm) but I went for size L as I bought it for Autumn - Winter season and I like to put a jumper under the jacket. It isn't too long for my height nor sleeves too long. I would go for size M if I wouldn't wear a jumper underneath. Overall it is a very well made and very stylish jacket. I can recommend it to anyone.

Great Jacket

I believe this is a new Alpinestars jacket with a different kind of material for waterproofing. Having tried it on in the shop first, I instantly noticed the difference in feel and fit. The staff there (Reading) was extremely helpful assisting me with fit as I plan to wear my Tech Air 5 airbag underneath. I am usually size XXL, however with the air bag I needed a size up. The jacket is very very comfortable both on and off the mock bike seat they had. Movement was great and the surprise for me was that it comes with level 2 elbow and shoulder armour. I have owned many Alpinestars textile jackets in the past and by far this is the best one. Very important to try on for size to get that perfect fit
