Alpinestars Bogota Pro Drystar 4 Seasons Textile Trousers - Black / Black

I bought these to replace my Andes v3 trousers that weren't doing a great job of keeping me dry. I can say that they are muxh better at doing that job!
The trousers come with 3 layers - the textile outer, a waterproof soft shell and a thermal liner which does make these feel a bit bulky and more snug to put on. Definitely try before you buy and probably go up an extra size!
Overall im impressed with them, plenty of pockets and comfortable with the flex armour. It also comes with the hip protectors which I hadn't realised. Another nice bonus and saves you buying them as an extra.

Due to a van off the road I’ve been commuting on my Tiger for over a month in some awful weather in the Lakes. These haven't let me down, but they are new.
Sizes but odd. Certainly need to go up a size. Liked the idea that in the summer or dry weather they are versatile

The first thing I would say is definitely go up at least one size, I normally wear a large in alpinestars but with the Bogotá I had to a 2xl which I’m amazed at. The 2xl is a little large in the waste but fit perfectly everywhere else ( the waste can be adjusted and also has braces).
Plenty of ventilation for hot weather and the waterproof removable trousers are a great idea. I had a two hour ride in the rain with no leaks.

Me and my husband have the drystar Andes and we have had to both go up two sizes. Apart from
the sizing issue these bogotas are a great product and very comfortable.
