Great fit, feel & look

Wore this jacket on a 400 mile round trip to Skye, admittedly the weather was warm and dry, apart from Skye, cold and damp, the jacket coped easily with 25 degrees down to 10 degrees. The jacket fits true to size, feels robust and well made. It would benefit from a connecting zip for jeans and the inside pocket zips are fiddly and a bit of a faf. Overall I am very happy with this jacket, looks good on and off the bike and feels reassuringly safe.

Surprisingly tough feeling fabric for a denim

I was surprised at the tough feel of this great looking jacket. It's hard to find a bike jacket without a round neck. I've had lots of bike jackets over my 50 plus years of biking and no other one has been heavier duty than this other than leather. It is a good f it. I normally have size large and this size one fitted fine with enough room for a sweatshirt on chillier days. I would not ,however, recommend it for winter use unless you are harder than this jacket. A big bonus is the ghost armour which is very flexible and unobtrusive and therefore thought it was worth ordering the back protector as well although it does add extra weight to an already heavy jacket. I have worn it and it feels as safe as any I have ever used apart from leather but unlike leather I can take out the back protector and fit them both in my ruck sack for carrying on a hot day.

The Trucker Jacket is a PEKEV® lined, with 80% coverage, Levi's denim style jacket, combining a cool retro style with great looks, and made from 12oz black Selvedge denim, for that old school look. The 80% coverage PEKEV® technology lining provides supreme resistance to road abrasion, motion cuts and impact.
The Trucker Jacket is designed with central front zip, hidden under black press stud fastening flap for that traditional denim jacket look. Also comes complete with removable D3O Ghost armour at the elbow and shoulders, with a pocket for optional spine protection for outstanding rider safety.
Externally are two zip and two flap external pockets for documents or mobile phones, the interior is lined with comfort mesh wicking lining with two zip pockets.
The Denim Jacket is finished with black press stud straps at rear waist for adjustment. High-quality construction of triple line stitching and YKK zips throughout with leather Resurgence Gear Patch detail.
