Advice & Guides If it feels like armour in your bike kit then the law demands it is actually proper, protective armour. Here's how to tell how effective your impact protection is...

Tried it on at the store. Felt great tbh. Not heavy. Packed it away in my tailbag and strapped it to my bike. By the time I was halfway home. I checked the bag was still secure. Unfortunately, it had come loose, and had been rubbing against my rear tyre. Bag was destroyed as was the jacket.
Great fit, although it weighs a ton! Good jacket for the price, but not entirely waterproof. Lots of pocket options.
Jacket is well made and good quality. Haven’t tested it in poor weather yet but offers good wind protection. Ordered my standard Size ordered which fits well.
Only worn twice, and not in the wet yet. Jacket seems well made and is warm with the liner in. The free back protection is an added bonus.
I bought this jacket to replace my Alpinestars winter jacket, have used it in 3deg weather and also moderate rain showers, jacket is warm in the cold weather, no water ingress as yet, not been out in monsoon weather yet but I suspect it will hold up well.
Not a brand I know much about other than having had a pair of their trousers for many years which proved very reliable. Jacket good and generous fit possibly could even take a size less.
I bought this based on reviews and value. I rarely add reviews but felt I should as this jacket has so far proved warm, dry and very effective in my daily commute of 45 miles each way. Had the jacket one month it has been used in the recent heavy rain with no issues. The jacket is a good fit I bought my usual size large. 6ft and fairly chunky frame. The coat has some good technical additions to improve the fit and ease of use with gloves on. Great value jacket. So far so good
This replaced an old Duchini jacket and very pleased with it. Fits well (sizing accurate for me) and I like the longer length. Pockets a good size and well placed. Beware when lining's in that what seems to be a pocket isn't. Not sure how paying twice as much would result in better jacket.
Great jacket and superb value for money. Fits perfectly, plenty of pockets, armour fits and doesn't move around. Very warm, I can wear a Polo shirt underneath in the cold and it's warm, and of course great service and delivery from sportsbikeshop.
First class jacket at the price. Well made with quality materials. Lots of pockets with nice features like the neck hood.
Bought this in the sale at sportsbikeshop, along with the matching trousers and received a FREE back plate. Bought the suit, then was called in for spinal surgery so can't ride bikes for a while!!. Jacket fits well, nice cuff velcro fitting, gloves can get tucked in. Plenty of pockets for me inside the jacket and outside and two outside ones, good adjustment on waist and connection zip for matching trousers. Nice vents for hot days, and liner not bulky with colour coded ties to ensure correct fitting. The bit I'm impressed with is the neck hood...YES hood..you unzip, place on your head and it velcros forward to ensure a neck seal/ storm flap!! Helmet on..Brilliant..and it works
Now..I know that as I can't ride my bikes..but sat on my patio and got my son to hose me for ten minutes whilst in the suit..bone dry. In places the water soaked up into the jacket..but I was dry..and after soaking hung up and it dried well.
All in all, a well fitting touring suit for under £200 with a free back protector..bargain
Bought it as first Jacket for Scooter in end October / start november.
It's amazing as it's warm and has inner linning a little bit to bulky for me but since I'm new on the road gives extra safety feeling with all shoulder guards and elbows.
Sadly got cought in massive rain and jacket really impressed me.
Came out fully dry not even got between helmet and neck.
Really happy with the jacket and all the pockets it has for phone / keys / walltets etc.
I don't like to overdress so this for November with just a T-shirt/shirt under is spot on!
Just returned from a week long tour of northern Spain. Purchased this jacket along with matching trousers; both performed well in all weathers. Jacket is very comfortable with ample adjustments to cuffs, arms and waist. Removable lining was really useful and simple to remove / refit. Body armour, including free back protector (supplied separately) were unobtrusive and comfortable. The jacket features a number of different pockets, all of which are easily accessible and intuitively positioned. When viewed against comparable products, the FLM Touring jacket was considerably less expensive, but lacked non of the features of it's more costly competitors. What's not to like?
Usually rely on leather jackets, but thought I'd give this a try. I went for XL, as that's my usual size. To be honest, it's OK, but a little snug with the liner in. Certainly packed with features as others have said. Has elbow & shoulder armour, & at the time I bought it came with a free back protector, which was nice,
Looking for new jacket looked at reviews and decided on either Richa or FLM. Tried them both and for value and features the FLM was better, even has a hood you can wear under helmet to stop rain down your neck. Plenty of vents, large pockets, inner lining that even has colour coded fasteners, clip to hold back neck fastener. Not been out in rain yet but should be ok. Only reason scored good and not excellent forgot at time I purchased it free back protector
Only had this touring 3 jacket for 3 weeks and so far it's been good, kept water out, plenty of pockets of which 3 and the phone pockets are watertight, very comfy, manage to get my thick winter gloves under the cuffs, well worth the money
Great jacket for price, offers a lot of quality, size seems good not small made.
