So these as expected came up a little tight, on waist So I would said go up one size from your regular choice.
However they are just ticket with all the pockets and extensive design development,We expect with new products.
I did not want to go the Klim route, as whilst one of the best options for sure.The Halo jacket I have paired with is a great value solution. Water proof easy to use liners, simple fasteners,and adjustable waist band for fine tuning. I am really impressed with the knee protection comfort and overall fit and quality made kit.

I spent 8 days in Europe wearing these and they did the job well in temperatures of 4 to 29 degrees.

The trousers fit me extremely well and were so comfy and i loved the braces which were included (although they aren't pictured). and the pockets were very good and expanded outwards to not dig in to my legs.
The over trousers worked well in the rain and kept the wind off me during cold mornings. they were breathable and i didn't sweat in them.
The ventilation panels work ok, but you can only really feel the breeze when you stand up and the air goes all around the legs including the back. when sat down you cant really feel much breeze but at least it will let some air escape.

Cons: The velcro faster at the ankles isn't long enough so you cant seal it tightly around your boots. Can get a bit warm in hot weather when sat down.
