Great service but sadly wrong size

Ordered on line for my regular pillion passenger. Sizing was one above normal to allow for liners and armour but sadly it was still too small.
Product is good, well made and great value for money. The service from SportsBikeShop was exceptional from placing the order, speed of delivery and regular updates to calling customer services to check on returns policy.
The reassurances of being able to return to a store and also the 365 day returns policy also made the whole process unstressful.
Will be returning to store and replacing with another jacket after trying on and confirming sizing.
An overall great experience even if the jacket didn’t fit!

My first purchase and really like this jacket. Wasn't sure at first but wore it out a couple of times and found it really comfortable. Now wearing on a daily basis. Not too warm even though it is July. Kept the wind out on a ridiculously windy day. Take the advice and size up as it is very snug.

Great ladies touring jacket

Great fit, very flattering. Only had to go up 1 size. Thermal liner goes down the arms which is awesome and fits securely with zips at the end of the sleeves which was surprisingly easy to reattach. Lots of ventilation also which makes it a great value all year jacket. Well pleased.

Brilliant jacket for a money

Very quick delivery, could not fault the site and order arrived well packaged and jacket is of great quality. I would advise to size up I'm normally between size 10 & 12, I've had to get a 16 in this and remove one layer inside. Will definitely use this site again
