Its as good as my Arai. Bought on a Friday and then went on a tour for 8 days. It really is perfect

This is my second LS2 helmet I had the the vallant 2 before this one am afraid I can’t tell a lot about it other than it does everything I want it to
I’ve read loads of reviews apparently it’s to noisy it’s heavy blah blah blah
Well it suits me and my needs / and it seems to have better air flow than old one
It’s new it’s all singing all all dancing but it might be for you …But it’s yes from me

I bought this helmet two weeks ago.
I have always bought online from SBS in the past but wanted to make sure of the sizing, and I'm glad I did. I went down to the Leeds store (staff were brilliant, friendly knowledgeable)
I wanted to get the Shark OXO, but when I tried it on the fit wasn't quite right, so I tried on this LS2 Advent X. It was so comfortable and light. They only had the red/white/blue or carbon in my size in store. I liked this colour so took it home with me.
The quality is great, it's so much quieter than my last helmet. The flip up feature is so good and it came with a dark visor which I was going to purchase separately anyway.
I've ridden for one and a half hours in one journey in it and it was very comfortable. Venting is good.
The only down side for me is the fastener. I find it a bit of a fiddle to do up on occasion, but I'm used to D rings and I'm getting used to it.
An extra pinlock insert seems out of stock everywhere for the dark visor, I've got one on order.
I would highly recommend this helmet to anyone.

Solid build, comfy, functional and good looking. Installing Cardo was easy. Helmet remains silent on motorway speed. Full face opening works really well.

Comfortable fit and light weight with less wind noise than other lids I have had before. Top quality with attention to detail including the accessories provided as part of the purchase.

Having struggled with several other brands to get a comfortable fit this one seems (so far) to be the best.
Reasonably quiet and very good visibility. In P mode it has performed flawlessly so far but the real bonus is the ease of conversion to J mode. Having travelled to an unfamiliar city I switched to J mode for "pottering around" and it was excellent.
Added bonus of dark visor being included as was the pinlock insert. The carry bag included is a nice touch.
Fitted a Cardo Packtalk unit very easily (the helmet is designed for their speakers).
My only slight issue is getting the chin strap buckle to stop pressing on my Adams apple! A bit more fiddling needed...

The veraitility of the flip helmut is awesome. Good quality. Small amount of wind noise. Airflow is great. Well designed product.

I bought this helmet to go touring in the summer but have tested it on a couple of winter rides and it fits well and true to my usual size. Feels light and has a great range of vision. Flip mechanism and sun shade also work really well. Rode in some very cold and wet weather with no misting thanks to the supplied pinlock. So far it has been excellent and money well spent.

Package Received in good order, on unboxing discovered the pin lock visor was missing, but customer service sent a replacement on same day so excellent customer service with minimal fuss.
The helmet is true to size and fits perfectly and is very comfortable. Colour scheme is good and actually looks better in real life than the photos on website
Unfortunately not been able to test ride on a long quick run due to weather but wind noise seems minimal
So, overall a good mid price helmet and would recommend certainly if you've not got cash to splash on much more expensive big brand named Modular's

Bought the helmet on Black Friday deal so the price was good. Arrived next day which is the usual excellent service by SBS. Helmet feels light on, lining is comfortable, the flip over mechanism works well with one handed operation. Only negative is there is damage to the graphic on the chin guard, would have returned but size M sold out so decided to keep. This is the second helmet I have had this year from SBS with cosmetic damage. Problems aside the helmet is good and comes with an additional dark visor.

Really impressed with this helmet. The description says it's for an oven shaped head and that's accurate. Fit my bonce a treat. It was quite revealing as to how many different brands I had to try before finding one that fit well and wasn't crazy expensive. Love how I can ride with the chin bar completely out of the way, as good as an open face. Plenty of space for speakers and comes with a pin lock, clear and tinted visor, plus a helmet bag and a padded helmet ruck sack. Comfortable to wear for over 2 hours at a time. Love it.

Improvement on my old Caberg, so flexible and easy to use the flip up, and both visors, nice fit, good noise reduction, pin-lock included and easy to operate ventilation.
