LS2 Helmets

Always worn Shoei and Bell over the last 40+ years riding and never had issues until now. My last Bell M1, although a great looking helmet, light and good fit, it had become uncomfortable after 45 mins, putting pressure on my forehead and leaving a nasty imprint resulting in a horrible headache. So when, having tried multiple big name brands costing much more, I tried the LS2 Advent II it was a revelation. Instantly comfortable and no pressure points anywhere for my medium fitment. It fitted true to size and open or closed was supremely comfortable. I sat in it in the closed position whilst watching TV for an hour and no issues whatsoever. The Pinlock 120 was easy to fit and is a brilliant yet simple invention - does exactly as it says, no more fogged up visors. Rode through hot weather and thunderstorms recently and no issues at all, the vents work well enough though obviously cooler with the chin bar flipped completely back. Also, really quiet with earplugs in which surprised me as some have complained of it being a bit noisy. Once used to opening the visor lock very easy and even easier to open the chin bar fully back - so useful when at petrol stations and hot days etc.

So all in all a great quality helmet, very well built and finished, very comfortable, not overly heavy, that I've noticed, and all the convenience of modular flexibility. Highly recommend and a best buy in my view even at the full price.

I went to Sportsbikeshop in Glasgow to look for a helmet but didn't really know which one was best for me.
The staff couldn't be more helpful and spent alot of time explaining to me about the different types while letting me try them on.
I decided to go with the Ls2 as it felt perfect. I have been out on my bike a few times now and it's feels amazing. I would highly recommend it along with the customer service i received.
I will definitely be going back to Sportsbikeshop.

A stylish comfortable helmet at a great price.
Bought for trail riding. Added a pin lock later, which was simple to fit.

Initially the helmet felt excessively tight in comparison but the quality and build was spot on, its also very light. The staff at Glasgow where spot on, they recommended that I put the lid on for 20 mins in store. Defo felt more comfy as it gave. Brilliant lid

I wasn't really very confident this would be with the money, despite being in the budget range. In fact, it's a very nice, well designed and great looking helmet worth considerably more. Well done for this, ls2 and sportsbikeshop.

Bought this helmet for a friend to ride out with me. She had the choice of many different helmets from budget to premium... she liked the graphics on this one! On arrival, I have to say that I was very impressed by the quality of fit and finish, I'd quite happily wear this myself on a day to day basis.
