The LS2 Storm 111 is a low (entry) to mid-range (price) helmet. Of its type, like most all LS2 helmets, it is well designed and manufactured and with very good quality for its price point. The helmet comes complete with Pinlock insert, breath guard, chin curtain and storage bag which is a nice touch at the price. Compared to alternative helmets used, the LS2 is an excellent all round package. It is comfortable and secure straight from the box, has a plush lining and wide visor. Some buyers might prefer a double-d ring fastener but the micro-metric strap works well and is comfortable in use. Bought this helmet to augment a Storm 11 and while that is good the Storm 111 appears to have made good improvements to elements such as the visor, chin curtain and cushioning.
Across the price range, LS2 helmets are generally very good yet the Storm 111 is outstanding at its price level.

Great looking helmet that fits really well. I sized up from my normal xs. Helmet is really light and is more comfortable than my previous Shoei that cost twice as much. Vents are good and it comes with a nice bag, pinlock and spare visor.
Niggles.... visor lock is a real pain to open, you need to push the button in and lift the visor at the same time to open. Never had a system like that before. Flip down sun visor is not dark enough and also has a cut out for your nose that is pointless and distorts your view.
Overall a good value, comfortable helmet that could be improved.

Brilliant fit definitely got my moneys worth

I always wanted a flip up but with a larger head struggle unless you pay upwards of £500 so when I saw this coming out I thought for £120 give it a whirl, and with sportbikeshop excellent service and return there was no risk, anyway very surprised and very happy, the quality is great, a very comfortable fit even for a baldy and a lovely wide view, and the inbuilt sun visor is spot on, a bit noiser than my full face but that's a given for a modular and accepted for the price, overall a very very nice helmet, fantastic price and a great addition for my collection.
