Alpinestars T-SP R Drystar Trousers - Black / White

I bought these along with the jacket but be careful although sold as waterproof, they are not ! They are only 4000 mm H20 which might be ok if you are stood still in a very light shower but as soon as you get moving water comes straight through even in a very light shower. Also I bought alpine stars waterproof boots and these trousers struggle to fit over them they are a very tight fit ( and I am only size 43 boots) these trousers are xl. I strongly suggest you try before you buy Very disappointing from alpine stars

Amazing look and feel! Wish both left and right pockets were “waterproof” (only left pocket has water resistance) really comfortable and would definitely recommend to anyone, have airflow zips on left and right thighs, only thing I will say I need 2 sizes bigger than I usually wear, even with the inner liner taken out (definitely fit smaller than stated)

I’m 5’7” tall, 30” inseam and a 36” waist. I had to get the XL, which fit perfect. These are the comfiest pair of trousers I have had compared to leather, textile and denim I have. I ride a S1000XR, and due to the stretch fabric, they don’t bunch up at the back of the knee. I can zip them over my Alpinestars Raydon boot, but can’t tuck into the boot as there is too much material. Two pockets which are a good size for keys, wallet or even my phone. They fit nice and snug, so no flapping around like a flag in a force 10. Kept me nice and warm on early starts, and easy to remove the half leg length thermal, when it warms up, with vented zips on the thigh part of the trouser leg. Not used in wet, but duster liner, so will keep me dry if I get caught out. Full connecting jacket zip, not a short zip. Really chuffed with these and are now my go to trousers, worth the money in my humble opinion. I’ve paired these up with the Alpinestars T-GP R V3 Drystar Jacket, which is also brilliant, got the medium in that and fits lovely.

Wanted something light instead of my leathers these were perfect ,and of course the alpinestars name speaks for itself, bought from sportsbikeshop for a great price and free next day delivery, would highly recommend this company, will definitely be going to the opening of the new cardiff store on Saturday

Great set of trousers when paired with the matching jacket. Great air vents for the summer and really warm for winter. Waterproofing pretty decent.

I really like the fit of these textiles , my old textile trousers were like parachute pants in comparison . Like others I bought a size up which fits me better.
Iv not used these in the rain yet so can’t comment but they look great and are comfortable to wear . They are only A rated but feel tough so hopefully would Do well in a slide .
For me the way these fit over or under boots is also a real bonus in comparison to my old textile trousers . So I’d recommend these .

Best trousers I have had so far

Been for Scotland 2 weeks, did the job. Kept me dry and warm. Also i was always struggling to find a trouser which is not too baggy on the bottom. This ticket all the boxes. Has a waterproof pocket for a phone.

Quality from alpinestars, super comfortable, removable lining.
These are a nice snug fit, I wear my boots over and they’re not bulky or uncomfortable. Highly recommended

Bought this for my other half and he loves it, these do run small but we used the measurements on the site to check the correct size we needed. Great customer service too.
