Manufacturing Defect

Appeared to fit okay before removing mudguard and attempting to install. Easy to fit using adhesive pads and looked a perfect fit after removing clamps. When the mudguard was put back on the bike there was only 3mm clearance between tyre and extender!
Discussed with Pyramid Plastics and after sending them images of the problem they agreed it had been correctly fit but probably had been incorrectly manufactured. Advised me not to ride the bike.
Excellent customer service from Sportsbikeshop who quickly issued a refund after I forwarded them the images and conversation with Pyramid Plastics

An excellent quality addition to my NC750 front mudguard keeps a lot of road grime from hitting the front of the engine.
