Verified Customer Reviews for Oxford Aqua S8 Strap On Tank Bag With Harness
Good Quality and ideal size for smaller ADV bikes.

Overall quality seems high and the straps look good and strong, the base has a reasonably soft facing that shouldn't mark paintwork to badly.

Practical without being in the way
21 Sep 2026 by Lisa
I’ve been looking for a smallish tank bag, and tried many out recently but they either didn’t fit right, or would not hold much. I’ve always been a fan of Oxford products as they’re good quality and a fair price. This one didn’t disappoint, fully waterproof, easy to fit and does what I need it for and more. Really like how it zips off and on easily so I can take the bag with me if I need to.

A great Tankbag
28 Apr 2026 by Anonymous
Having recently bought a BMW K1200R with its off centre fuel cap, my normal clip-on tank-bag wasn't going to work.
Having looked at several harness held tank-bags I settled for the Oxford Aqua S8.
I have just returned from a week's biking in Germany and found the harness secure, to which the tank-bag is attached by two substantial large toothed zips. Very easy to attach and remove tank-bag, which is totally waterproof.
Enough room to carry a change of clothing for overnight boat trip, then lite-waterproof jacket, trousers and gloves once the tour begins.
Zip pocket on top is very useful for passport, ticket, mobile-phone etc.
Plus it fits my Yamaha R1M as a tail-pack.
Fantastic quality, value for money and worth 5+++ Stars.

Great Bag

Great small bag, fits lovely on my KTM 390 Adventure. Fully waterproof and robust, looks great too. Used it at the weekend for small trip away, nice that it's not too bulky but you can still get in what you need

Great for a plastic tank
27 Mar 2024 by A C
Tank is plastic. So, straps are needed. This bag is well made, waterproof and a decent size if you only need a few bits and bobs. The phone window allows the touch screen to work without problem. The bag sits well and isn't tall or filler-cap mounted, so it doesn't get in the way of my centre bar-mounted sat-nav. The straps don't look silly and the main body of the bag unzips leaving the straps behind when you need to take the bag off. Easy to carry too.

Perfect for purpose!

Excellent product, really well made and functional. Needed a small tank bag that would sit flat on my KTM 390 Adventure, which has a small tank. This is the perfect product for that. Doesn't get in the way of vision or handle bars!

Excellent tank bag
15 Feb 2023 by Emmanouil L
Great little tank bag! Due to the roll-top closure it can be compact on the bike, and will not take much space. You could easily store passports, keys, glasses and extra pair of summer gloves in there. The see-through pouch on the top is great for storing your phone and keeping it away from the elements as the bag is waterproof. Easy installation even for someone who never used a tank bag before. Great service from SBS as usual.
