Roof Boxxer 9 - Sting Black / White

Very comfortable, light and quiet, just have to remember the sunglasses as there is no internal sun visor

No sore neck either with the chin bar that swings all the way around so as not to act like a wind sail

My second Boxxer and third Roof helmet. Quality and fit are outstanding and reflected in the finish of the components (pun intended).
My usual medium large size 58 is a snug fit which should give slightly after a few rides and extra padding is provided to customise the fit.
Apart from looking cool, the design of the visor is bug-friendly and there is a 70% reduction in splatter during the summer months.
Over all, a helmet that's a little different and something that brings joy.

I bought this Boxxer 9 to replace my V8 which was getting a bit tired and loose after 5 or 6 years good service. I do like the improvements in the flip & lock design, ventilation & strap lock. My only criticism would be that there seems to be more wind noise/buffeting even with the helmet fully closed although sound proofing inside is better than the V8. Still can't beat it for looks though!

This is my second roof helmet my first was a boxer 8 that was good but the new boxxer 9 is miles better, better fit plus a lot quieter.
Well worth the cost

I had a shark evo before. This is far quieter and a bit lighter. Excellent hat.

Great looking modular helmet. Well made, good quality, everything feels solid and reliable. Loads of vents for when you do want full face. Now my everyday helmet of choice whatever the weather. No drop down tinted visor though, so shades are essential!
Great service from sportsbikeshop, as usual. Initially ordered the wrong size, which was exchanged promptly and with no fuss or fees.

Light, well padded helmet that's built with great quality and looks great.
Minor gripe that the ratchet fix strap is a bit fiddly some times to engage.

I have worn and loved the earlier Roof Boxer model for years.

This new Boxxer 9 model is quieter, has an improved locking mechanism and a better fitting visor. Somehow it also has a more 'quality' feel compared to the earlier model.

I am very pleased.

Clever helmet with the chin bar flipping over the top. Great visibility and comfy. Condensation build up in the middle bottom of the visor but doesn't become a problem. Good overall helmet that looks great on my Triumph Scrambler. Speedy service yet again from SBS.

Roof have done a great job developing the new Boxxer, I immediately noticed it was quieter, the new strap is easier to use, the helmet feels better/lighter than the previous model.
All round I'm very pleased with my purchase

Love this helmet. Great fit, feels light, very comfortable. Love the flip up, very neat and less bulky than my Shoei Neotec helmet. Nice, wide field of vision. Looks great too. Bought my usual Size S, perfect fit.

As always sports bike shop has a 5 star service with great customer service. The helmet is amazing may need to get a size up if you want to add a mix with a boom, as it's got a new ventilation system in the chin bar which takes away some inches.
