RST Maverick Evo CE Textile Trousers - Navy / Silver

Nice quality, good design, just feeeeeels gooooooood.
If I didn't love beer so much would fit even better, but considering I do love beer they still fit good.

The RST Maverick Eco Jacket and Jeans are an extremely well thought out bit of kit - just check out the description.
These are suitable for all year riding with the venting, pockets and their very well thought out removable thermal AND waterproof linings - being that there are zipped in and hold in place, this makes getting the gear on/off very easy - non of that lining coming out or twisting when removing the gear.
The fit is perfect (43" chest and went for size L), not bulky, plenty of movement and are very comfortable (worn with just base layers underneath). Also no rubbing around the neck when looking around (worn with a Revit Urban WB Wind Collar)
Tried and tested in 12 deg temp with a spot of rain and they worked perfectly.

The time had come to replace my well used and worn out riding gear and I wanted to stay with textile rather than leather. The RST Maverick Eco Textile Trousers and matching jacket were the obvious choice as they offered all things for all seasons and included CE approved protection plus, they were on offer with an amazing 30% reduction on list price, making purchase a no brainer. The fit is perfect and the removable liner makes them suitable for all year wear keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer. There are vents at all the right places and they are water resistant, although as yet I haven't worn them in really wet conditions. If you are in it for good looks, it also fits that category, I purchased the Back/Orange but there is an alternative should this not fit your bill. The zips are wrong and easy to use, pockets are plentiful and there is a 360 degree jacket to jeans zip the will keep it all together in the event of a spill. In a nutshell, just brilliant gear.

Again excellent service from SBS, also have the matching jacket , fit for me is perfect and the nearly all round zip connection is faultless to use , adds another level of weather and safety protection, very comfortable and armour sits nice, bottom of trousers open up enough to go over boots and the zip and Velcro closes around them nicely, also good loops for hanging when not in use , as with all RST products very well made and should offer years of service

Bought these due to success with a '4 seasons' jacket. This has a zip-in waterproof layer, a thermal layer & zipped vents for the hot days. The jeans have a thinnish thermal layer a separate waterproof zip-in and biggish front vents with good sized pockets. Have worked well on a couple of 100m hot trips. Not seen any rain yet. Armour relatively good.

Ordered Maverick non Evo trousers but went up a size just incase, but way too big. Simple to exchange with SBS and done in just a few days so went for the Evo range and they are excellent. Just ordered the correct size this time, perfect.
