Great product, disappointing service

I ordered this product online to try at the Leeds branch on delivery to the branch I went to try the item on, I adjusted the items straps and cinched it in around the waist on doing this I noticed the labels were inside the pocket as they had been removed from the plastic tag then I noticed a large dirty mark on the sleeve near the cuff, I then took the item to the till and informed the lady on the till of the mark to which she replied " will have a replacement sent to your address, fair enough.
Imagine my surprise when the same item turned up with a poor attempt at removing the dirty mark, shopped at Sportsbikeshop loads of times over the years, not anymore! Item 5 out of 5 service 1.
