Forma Adventure Low Boots - Brown
Customer Product Reviews
I bought these as I've been using the high version for a few years without problems but my summer bike jeans don't go over them. since i already knew they were good boots the choice to get the low version was easy. they are very stiff out of the box but soon soften with wear and they're the most comfortable boots to walk in I've ever had. unlike any other foreign boot I've tried these are nice and wide fitting. the sole can be a little slippy in wet conditions, that's why 4/5 not 5/5.
I bought these boots after initially choosing a cheaper alternative, which didn't fit nicely at all. The Forma adventure low boots fit me great, they are comfy straight out of the box, and expect they will only get better as they get worn in a bit. I haven't had chance to use them in the wet, but from the way they are made, and reading previous reviews, I can only imagine there will be no issues. One thing to bear in mind, they are fairly chunky boots, and you may need to raise your gear lever a little to get them underneath. Overall, i'm very glad i bought them. Needless to say Sportsbikeshop provided superb service, yet again. I ordered late on Friday afternoon, and received them 10.30am Saturday morning, ya can't say fairer than that !
Lovely boot - beware of sizing!
Read the reviews and ordered my normal size (43). Tried them on at home and found that I could quite easily touch the end with my toe so changed for size 44. I have a narrow foot so found putting an insole in helped to make them spot on! I found this website explains the sizing very well https://www.formaboots.com.au/pages/sizing
Lovely boots - check sizing!
Read reviews and ordered my normal size. Had to change for a larger size. Check here https://www.formaboots.com.au/pages/sizing for a very useful guide! I put a gel foot bed in the larger size and they are like slippers. SBS, as always, great prices and service thank you!
These boots are amazing quality for the money, I'm blown away at the finish, superb. Unfortunately due to lock-down yet to wear them on the bike, but have been wearing around the house to help break them in and already feel very comfortable. But have sat on my Ducati Scrambler and have had to slightly adjust the gear shift lever up as the toe of the boot is a bit taller than I'm used too and feel my toe would catch quite easily when changing gear. Had to wait a while as SBS didn't have my size in stock, but as always quality service and updates. I wear a UK size 8 and the 42 fits perfectly and if a warmer pair of socks are required for colder days will not be a problem.
