Bought this to attach to my new V45 Givi top box. It adds some comfort for my wife, who says it s great. As you d expect from Givi, the quality is very good. Comes with a stencil so you can mark where to drill the holes in the top box to mount the seat pad. I found that I didn t need to use the stencil as there are two raised circles on the plastic moulding on the top box which indicate where the holes need to be drilled. Anyway, back to the pad, it s well proportioned and sits extremely well on the top box. Price wise it s not too bad either as anything with Givi on it usually commands a relatively high rrp. All in all I m happy with the looks of it and my missus is happy with the comfort it gives. Recommended
