Purchased this backrest to go on my new Givi top box as my wife has always liked the addition of a backrest.
Fits like a treat and so easy as the interior of the Givi top box has a moulding for where the holes have to be drilled to take the bolts.
Another brilliant item from Givi.

Improvement in comfort for pillion, looks good but like most motorcycle accessories it is overpriced for what it is.
Very easy to fit with good clear instructions. Can't report on durability but time will tell. Looks well enough made but overpriced for what it is.

Backrest easy fit

The backrest was easy to fit. It came with template for drill holes, but there are circles on the plastic moulding of the lid of where to drill anyway. It is comfortable and good quality.

10 mins to fit .. cut out template and stick to box, Drill 2 holes and a couple of bolts. Quality and feel seems good.

I'm not sure, if you are going 2 up, why you wouldn't buy this. It certainly gives extra comfort and is very easy to affix onto the top box.

To be fitted on my V47NNT top box. Good quality feel and will make my partners ride a whole lot more comfortable. It's all to go on my Versys 1000se tourer and is identical to the Kawasaki branded kit but at a fraction of the price.
