Solid and easy to use (when you know how)

Having never replaced my own chain and sprocket set before, I was slightly nervous going into this job. This tool was highly recommended and I can see why. It's really solid and well constructed. I couldn't grind my chain pins all the way down, so I know that the push pin had extra work to do here and it performed very well and I have no concerns about being able to use it multiple times. All in all very happy with this, chain taken off new one attached with no real issues. I've knocked a star off as there are no instructions at all in the box. All you get is a QR code to an online PDF, which is very frustrating when you're working on a bike, covered in gunk and having to keep unlocking your phone to look at the guide. A simple paper guide would be much simpler. There's also no size guidance on the tool itself - only on the outer cardboard packaging, so you'll have to remember which pin you used before. I ended up watching a 3rd party YouTube tutorial on how to use it, which I think Oxford could benefit from doing one themselves.
