I recently purchased a replacement shoei visor which I received promptly but soon realised I had bought the wrong one when it didn't fit i returned it to the Bristol store who exchanged it for the correct one even with the packaging broken Excellent service from Bristol store as always that's why sportsbikeshop is the only store I will use for product range , customer service & value for money
