The jacket is very good quality leather with a removable thermal liner which is very handy on hot days. With the collar in the open position you get lots of airflow that helps a lot in the recent 30+ heatwave, when it's cooler out the thermal liner helps but even when fully zipped up the neck area feels a bit more exposed, a buff or something similar helps. But I didn't buy this as a winner jacket it's a style piece that without the traditional belt and epaulettes brings it up to date along with the poppers and zips not being highly polished.
