Fit is not snug, heal is curved.zip operation not as smooth.my normal size is usually a 8 , but i found the size 7 did fit a-lot better . The boot is not a snug fit. Would strongly recommend you try on before you buy. It does give you abit more height on the heal, have to get used to changing gear with these boots. Very well made.
