The leather is very thick which makes these slightly bulky and hard to zip up and very inflexible around the ankle. They will take some wearing I. I think. Very well made.

Brilliant. That’s the thing that comes to mind. If you can swallow the price tag, do it. Buy them. Granted they are not the nicest looking boots but under jeans they don’t look bad.
I thought about lowering my bike, then stumbled across these. I am so much more confident now. Feet are properly planted. If you are going to lower your bike, consider these as the extra height goes with you from bike to bike, no messing with stock suspension, if you get a courtesy bike, you have your new boots on, no problem.
They do not look like high heels when you wear them.
Wasn’t sure if I was a size 7 or 8. SPORTSBIKESHOP no problem, try them on and return them for the other size if not happy. Great service from the guys at sbs aswell.

I bought these boots as I'm short and bikes are getting taller. On my bike my balls of my feet touch the ground on both sides. With these boots both feet sit completely on the ground. So if your feet don't actually reach the ground then these boots wont help in my view.
They are well made, as they should be at this price and comfortable. I found the twin zips difficult to do up initially but they're getting easier every time I wear them.
I haven't used them in the rain yet so can't comment on they're waterproof properties.

The boot size was good, but due to the very small calf size I could not Zip them up. zips were VERY stiff too. Had to return them which was a shame as the quality is good. They would be ok if you have got chicken legs :)

I have always thought boots like these were silly money. But, I wanted to buy my biker friend something he would provably never buy for himself.
When these boots arrived I was amazed at the quality of the materials and the sturdy construction. Far better than the anything I had ever bought for myself.
The higher internal heel construction will add another inch in leg reach, which for a vertically challenged, adventure bike rider like my friend, these boots may prevent another embaressing car park topple.
I need to buy a pair for myself.

Great boots I have the Daytona G-Star boots which I love and I wanted a short boot for my jeans so got these. Quality and fitting are top class. Sportsbikeshop are my go to for my riding gear and any accessories too. Excellent service and super fast delivery.

Used Daytona boots for years/ excellent quality/gortex.. still got the standard full lenght Daytona boots but wanted the short lenght with the raised inner heel.. more flat footed when carrying luggage and pillion.. did order 2 sizes 41/ 42 into shop to get the perfect fit.. but seem true to size I'm size 41 and fitted perfect..

I have not worn these boots on the bike yet so can’t review the lift they give but I have worn them a lot around the house to wear them in. I suffer with issues with my feet and when I put these boots on they are so comfortable I can hardly believe grey are designed for riding and not walking. They give amazing for support for anybody with feet issues.

Have a new BMW 1300 GS adventure with a lowered seat, chassis and suspension and still I’m on tip toes. Tried several boots but these German made Daytona Max Sport provide a comfy fit, quality made, waterproof, soft leather and two zips making taking on and off easy. After a weeks use the boots fit perfectly and I am very happy with them.
And they have given me an extra inch… it makes all the difference.

Great Daytona quality and excellent Sportsbikeshop service as always. 2" increase in head height and gives confidence above previous toe touching!

Usual Daytona quality, only used twice but were comfortable from the off. Can’t comment on their waterproof abilities yet, but I’m sure they will be ok, added bonus I can get better foot down now…
