Sena Silverstone MotoGP Prize Draw
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 This prize draw is organised by Sportsbikeshop Ltd, referred to in these terms as the “Promoter”.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.
2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these terms have been breached.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw when they purchase a qualifying Sena intercom product from Sportsbikeshop during the promotional period.
3.2 Qualifying products are:
- Sena 60S Evo Bluetooth Intercom - Single
- Sena 60S Evo Bluetooth Intercom - Dual
3.3 The promotional period opens at 00:01 on Wednesday 8 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Saturday 18 July 2026.
3.4 Purchases made before or after the promotional period will not be eligible for entry.
3.5 Only completed purchases are eligible. If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or payment is not successfully completed, the corresponding prize draw entry will be void.
3.6 No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received for any reason.
4. The Prize
4.1 One winner will receive one pair of VIP Hospitality passes to the 2026 Silverstone MotoGP.
4.2 The prize is for event entry only, unless otherwise stated. Travel, accommodation, parking, food, drink, spending money, insurance, and any other costs or expenses are not included.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4.4 The prize is subject to availability and to any applicable terms, conditions, entry requirements, venue rules, or ticketing conditions imposed by Silverstone, MotoGP, or any relevant event organiser.
4.5 The Promoter is not responsible for any event cancellation, postponement, delay, restriction, or change made by Silverstone, MotoGP, or any relevant event organiser.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
5.2 The draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date.
5.3 The winner will be selected using a randomised selection method.
6. Winner Notification and Prize Acceptance
6.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their order.
6.2 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
6.3 To accept the prize, the winner may be asked to confirm their details directly with our customer service team. The Promoter will never ask the winner for payment details in order to claim the prize.
6.4 The winner must accept the prize within 3 days of being notified.
6.5 If the winner does not respond within 3 days, declines the prize, is unable to attend the event, cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, is found to be ineligible, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
6.6 If an alternative winner is selected, they will be subject to the same eligibility checks and prize acceptance requirements.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Personal data supplied during the prize draw will be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw, contacting the winner, verifying eligibility, and arranging delivery of the prize.
7.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
7.3 Personal data collected for this prize draw will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications.
8. General
8.1 By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw or these terms where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, acts fraudulently, or breaches these terms.
8.4 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
