1. Promoter

The promoter is Sportsbikeshop Ltd ( the Promoter ).

2. Eligibility

• 2.1 The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• 2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
• 2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.

3. How to Enter

• 3.1 To enter, participants must submit their email address via the official Facebook lead form and opt in to receive marketing communications from Sportsbikeshop.
• 3.2 Entries must be received before the closing date stated below.
• 3.3 No purchase is necessary and entry is free.

4. Opening and Closing Dates

• 4.1 The prize draw opens at 08:00am on Monday 16th March 2026.
• 4.2 The prize draw closes at 11:59pm on Monday 30th March 2026.
• 4.3 Entries received after this time will not be included.

5. The Prize

• 5.1 One (1) winner will receive one Kriega R20 backpack.
• 5.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• 5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
• 5.4 The prize will be delivered to the winner within 30 days of confirmation of acceptance.

6. Winner Selection

• 6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiably random selection process.
• 6.2 The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date.

7. Winner Notification

• 7.1 The winner will be contacted via the email address used to enter within 24 hours of the draw.
• 7.2 The winner will be required to confirm their eligibility and provide a delivery address by contacting our customer service team via telephone.
• 7.3 If the winner does not respond within 3 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Winner Announcement

• 8.1 The Promoter may publish or make available the name of the winner to demonstrate that a valid award took place.
• 8.2 Entrants may object to their details being published by contacting the Promoter.
• 8.3 In such circumstances, the Promoter may still provide the information to regulators if required.

9. Data Protection

• 9.1 By entering this promotion, participants agree that their personal data will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
• 9.2 Where entrants have provided consent, their email address will also be added to the Sportsbikeshop marketing email database.
• 9.3 Participants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails.
• 9.4 Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter s Privacy Policy.

10. General

• 10.1 By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• 10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• 10.3 The Promoter s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
