Fitting needs to be adjusted based on your bike's model, but they solve it brilliantly. Moving parts give you a nice cable-free space when aligned with your handlebars.

Brilliant wind and hand protection. I wish I had bought them earlier. Let me save you some time fiddling with the fittings. Follow the instructions. Careful when tightening screws inside. And use only one holder inside, not both (based on your bike's model).

Barkbuster as always are great products but if you have heated grips you have to lose the provided bar ends/weights and add your own spacers

The handguards come with a variety of fitting bits and bobs, and if you already have Barkbusters anyway you can fit them over their metal bars (after removing the plastic shells), but they are naturally stiff, so they don't flop about in the wind and you don't need the summer Barkbuster metal frames to prop them up.
I like the fact that they are relatively easy to fit (to my Himmy 450), just make sure you use the right spacers from the packet for your bike. They keep the wind off and my hands warmer than with just some plastic shells.
The way they are attached to the handlebars they also do not obstruct the visibility of, and access to the switches and buttons you may want to use (unlike other 'handlebar muffs'). And there is enough space for using winter gloves.
You may still want to use heated grips, but so far I have done without switching those on. All in all a good product for a good price and fit.
