Leatt Helmets

Versatile adventure helmets designed by Leatt

Always improving and innovating the safety of the off-road rider, Leatt have used their own lab to find how they can best protect the riders that use their products. With new turbine technology, Leatt have been able to reduce the impact of the rotational acceleration and brain impact by up to 40% and 30% when comparing their helmets with no turbines. This makes the new Leatt helmets some of the safest and most versatile helmets on the market.

Leatt ADV 5.5 HydraDri Textile Gloves - Hi Viz Leatt ADV 5.5 HydraDri Textile Gloves - Hi Viz
These are surprisingly comfortable and seem true to size. The only fit issue is the the fingers and thumb are long. This might just be me having short fingers and thumb as I have this problem in most gloves. The material however is soft enough it does not interfere with controls. Grip and lever feel is very good with these.
These are nice and cool on warm days allowing air to flow through but do keep the rain out on the wetter or miserable days we get in the UK.

Leatt ADV 7.5 Dritour Textile Jacket - Royal Leatt ADV 7.5 Dritour Textile Jacket - Royal
I recently rode from John O'Groats to Lands End through heavy rain and the jacket kept me dry.
My one slight criticism is that I couldn't seem to get the collar tight enough to keep the rain out although a buff did help.

Leatt ADV 8.5 - White Leatt ADV 8.5 - White
Had read really good reviews on this helmet and wasn’t disappointed. Having a large head I struggle to find helmets that fit but the XXL is perfect, snug but no movement with the head shake test.

Leatt ADV 7.5 Flowtour Textile Jacket - Stealth Leatt ADV 7.5 Flowtour Textile Jacket - Stealth
Did a bit of research on this and decided to purchase one and after few weeks of use it’s just what I needed. Plenty of ventilation or use the water proof / wind proof liner and or a fleece for colder days. Great jacket and trousers.

Leatt ADV 7.5 Multitour Textile Jacket - Stealth Leatt ADV 7.5 Multitour Textile Jacket - Stealth
There's plenty of vents on this jacket, which I like. There are pockets on the side specifically for your hands when not riding and they're thermally lined too.
When the inner liners are removed, you lose any inside pocket. This might be because it has chest armor, which is supplied. It likely restricts the places the pocket could go.

Overall I like the jacket, although the quality and longevity is an unknown.

Leatt ADV 7.5 HydraDri Boots - Stealth Leatt ADV 7.5 HydraDri Boots - Stealth
Obviously I had heard of Leatt but being honest never tried their gear. I usually choose TCX and/or Alpinestars. The spec of these boots looked great for my daily commute with a good bit of support and added protection too. Price was also tempting too so in a moment of madness I gave them a try.
Result! these boots are great (once you get used to another style of buckle of course) they are super comfy out of the box and sole grip is outstanding (important if you drive a heavy adv bike like myself). Velcro seals the top of the boots effectively and after a few months riding with them they have not leaked once. I will definitely be trying other Leatt gear from now on.
