Well thought out jacket
Leatt ADV 5.5 DriTour Short Jacket - Sand Brown
13 Apr 2026 by Jamie
Leatt ADV 5.5 DriTour Short Jacket - Sand Brown Fantastic jacket that has been well thought out. I’ve owned quite a few jackets now and it’s clear that Leatt are putting genuine effort into the design of the jackets from pocket placements to vent placements.
This is my second Leatt jacket, the first one I got was the multi tour that was great for winter use. This one I bought for the summer, with it being laminated there isn’t the bulk that you get with a multi seasonal jacket, just a destination thermal inside.
There’s two Velcro adjusters on either side of the jacket giving you quite a bit of adjustment, must jackets only give you one at the bottom, making the jacket to bulk out mid torso.
Only negative I’ve noticed with it is the Velcro cuffs making it bulky for putting your gloves over the jackets cuffs.
Yes, Leatt sits in the higher end of price point but for what you actually get in terms of protection and features they’re well worth it and cheaper than must brands offering the same level.

Great technical all weather jacket.
Leatt ADV 7.5 Multitour Textile Jacket - Stealth
12 Apr 2026 by Neil R
Leatt ADV 7.5 Multitour Textile Jacket - Stealth I’ve done around 2000 miles in this jacket in variable weather conditions ranging from 8 degrees to the high teens and very happy with it. I’ve not had an opportunity to use it in summer as yet but imagine it’ll be ok for temperatures up to the high twenties by removing the inner and mid layers which compactly fold up. The tough outer layer wetted out after around 2 hours in constant heavy rain which is to be expected for a drop-liner but I was bone dry so the waterproof mid-layer (removable) did its job.
The build quality is top notch, well designed with sufficient pockets, adjustment and ventilation. The front fold down chest vent sections can be quickly rolled either half-way by a magnet or fully which is a clever way of adjusting air flow. It has some heft to it but comfortable on and off the bike. The removable thermal inner layer (not a destination jacket as it’s on the short side) keeps the chill out but you’ll need something thicker for temperatures below around 8 degrees or a heated jacket to keep properly warm. The rear pocket is split in 2 sections which is useful but don’t expand that much. What I especially like is the adaptability with the removable mid and inner layers to suit the weather. True to size. I have a 48 inch chest with 46 inch hip and the 3XL (EU 58) fits me fine.
I did not experience any issues with the cuff zip closures of the mid and inner layers to the outer layer which some YouTube reviewers have noted. This is not a Rukka or Klim ( I have the excellent Badlands Pro V4 and a R-Viz respectively) but it’s not far off as a solid touring/adventure jacket, well worth the money and stylish. Great service/advice from the Preston SBS store as usual. Highly Recommended.

Impressive
Leatt ADV 7.5 Dritour Textile Jacket - Stealth
11 Apr 2026 by Andrzej Z
Leatt ADV 7.5 Dritour Textile Jacket - Stealth This jacket is seriously impressive. The ventilation is fantastic with plenty of airflow when you need it and the jacket stays super comfortable even on long rides. The adjustability is one of its biggest strengths. You can dial in the fit just the way you like it, and that makes a huge difference for both comfort and confidence on the bike. The materials feel solid, the design is well thought out, and everything just works the way it should. My favourite feature is destination jacket.

Comfy, Quiet and Well Built.
Leatt ADV 8.5 - Royal
10 Apr 2026 by Pat L
Leatt ADV 8.5 - Royal Really nice helmet, good build quality and surprisingly quiet for a peaked lid. I ride a F900GS with a standard screen (I m 6 ) and don t feel like the peak catches the wind much if at all on the motorway. It s also just the right length to keep the sun out of your eyes.
The photochromic visor is excellent and has a nice wide field of view and there is no need for tools to remove which is great. It doesn t have a cracked setting but it still gives you a nice bit of wind if you just don t lock it down.
Ventilation is excellent through the chin bar, but I m not feeling much through the forehead vents sadly.
The liner is plush and the Double D ring is good to have although the small button to tidy the excess is a bit far up the strap making it awkward to use.
It also comes with a clear visor, and a set of Leatt 4.5 goggles (would have loved a sticker or two).
Only reason I m not giving 5 stars is because of the forehead ventilation and the fiddly button on the chin strap. Go try one on, I think you ll be pleasantly surprised and it s the same price as an X5 but with a photochromic visor makes it a great but in my opinion.

Leatt ADV 6.5 HydraDri Gloves - Stealth Black / Grey
06 Apr 2026 by Andy T
Leatt ADV 6.5 HydraDri Gloves - Stealth Black / Grey These are excellent gloves, fully laminated so the liner doesn t pull out with damp hands and the rain sits ON the material so the glove itself doesn t get saturated and cold. The glove itself is very well constructed and a perfect fit when holding the bar. Overall quality and comfort.
A big shout out to Ben in the Leeds store, he certainly knows his products and he s passionate about biking. Plus he s very patient, well he had to be with me, choosing the correct gloves can t be rushed ;o)

Excellent Quality
Leatt ADV 7.5 Dritour Textile Jacket - Stealth
03 Apr 2026 by Chris B
Leatt ADV 7.5 Dritour Textile Jacket - Stealth I’d been looking at Leatt gear for a while, and when SBS put this jacket on offer it was a no‑brainer.
It delivers high‑end quality without the high‑end price. The features are brilliant — I especially love the magnetic fasteners on the pockets and main zip.
It kept me completely dry during a 100‑mile ride in heavy rain.
The liner is very warm too, and works well as a standalone destination jacket.
Sizing runs a little small, so I went up one size.
I used the try‑before‑you‑buy service at the Preston shop, which made it easy
