Leatt ADV 7.5 Dritour Textile Jacket - Stealth Leatt ADV 7.5 Dritour Textile Jacket - Stealth
I was going to buy the Multitour Jacket but arranged to try both at one of Sportsbikes shops, possibly Milton Keynes ?, and preferred this one.
The Multitour felt bulkier.
The Dritour is a comfortable jacket with the liner in but not so much when you take it out and only have a T shirt on, which I only found out when we were away last summer.
Also the sleeves could do with being a bit longer,( I don't think I've got unusually long arms), and it would have been better if the two internal pockets weren't both on the left hand side.

Very thin, good fit, good tactile feel. Usable on the road due to leather reinforcement as well. Great for summer town riding.

I have been trying many different boots of this style over the past few months, I like the look of this boot and top notch quality, I will be using this boot for road and dirt as I dont like the taller version I find to restrictive, this is very comfortable and strong, my feet and ankle feet well protected,

Leatt ADV 8.5 MultiTour Jacket - Midnight Blue Leatt ADV 8.5 MultiTour Jacket - Midnight Blue
I do a fair amount of touring around Europe and have recently gone away with a mesh jacket & Gore-Tex over jacket to give myself plenty of options. I'm off to Norway soon & was looking for a new jacket when I stumbled across this on the SBS website. It's a brilliant idea but does it work in practice? I took it on a recent trip round Europe where we experienced everything from an 8 degree hailstorm to 27 degrees of sun on the way home.

1. Waterproofness: the lower jacket & removable shell are made from HydraDri DRI+ which is 35,000mm HH measure (better then Gore-Tex as I understand it). It kept me completely dry through some very heavy motorway rain.

2. Removable top: when the mercury got over 20 degrees I just stowed the top in the rear map pocket & enjoyed the mesh upper. Absolutely superb.

3. Removable thermal liner: it's good quality & can be worn on its own after the ride.

4. It comes with a full armour set including chest protectors.

Given that I'm mega fussy there are a few minor issues I'd love to see resolved: the neck aperture isn't particularly snug & the wrist closures could do with a little extra Velcro so you can seal them open as well as closed.

Conclusion: this is a brilliantly innovative new piece of kit. It's not cheap but I'll now be selling my summer mesh jacket & winter Gore-tex jacket. All Leatt need to do now is make a pair of matching trousers with removable HydraDri DRI+ outers below the pockets & I'll be very happy!

Leatt ADV 7.5 - Black / Bronze Leatt ADV 7.5 - Black / Bronze
Had this helmet a couple of weeks now. It's a really nice lid with some simple, well thought out features.
Firstly, it's surprisingly quiet. Much better than my old LS2 Adventure helmet. The chin curtain helps here. You get very little lift happening at motorway speeds in my experience.
The quick release visor is very clever and makes cleaning dead easy. Not having to remove it to run goggles though is a brilliant touch. It's shaped in such a way that the straps don't interfere with the visor. A set of goggles is included too so it's a good option when you're after a bit more air flow.
The visor itself is good, however I would have liked the very first indent position to be just cracking the visor open. Instead it's maybe 15mm open which is quite a bit if you want to just keep it clear. You can kind of get it just cracked open if you're careful but hit a big bump and it's closed again. Also, there is no sun visor so that's kind of a shame, but tinted goggles are the thing to have here.
You can take it on and off without fully releasing the d-strap but I've yet to learn the technique to do it without sometimes scratching my head with the buckle. Sometimes I get it though.
All in all, a really nice, simple, well made and well thought out helmet. Very good for on and off road riding. Recommended.

Leatt ADV 7.5 X-Flow Textile Gloves - Stealth Black / Grey Leatt ADV 7.5 X-Flow Textile Gloves - Stealth Black / Grey
After trying lots of summer gloves they all seemed to be too long in the finger. I hadn't heard of this make before and so was reluctant to try them. However, as soon as I put them on I decided to buy them. The fit was good, the fingers the right length and well ventilated. After 700 miles I have no regrets. I love them.

Leatt Visor Mechanism Pair Left and Right - ADV 7.5 / 8.5 / 9.5 Leatt Visor Mechanism Pair Left and Right - ADV 7.5 / 8.5 / 9.5
The product is good and does what it’s supposed to do it’s was about £23 with postage which is shockingly expensive but if you don’t buy the replacement then the helmet is of no use for street riding. Also the problem is the Leatt 9.5 was £640 when I purchased it and this mechanism broke after 13 month which is very poor build quality I should have known when lots of spares are offered then I suppose its built to break pure profiteering by Leatt. It was one month out of warranty. I noticed that they have put the price of this helmet up to £660 which in my experience is way overpriced. I won’t be purchasing from this brand again shame I’ve probably got another 4 years with this helmet no doubt I’ll have to purchase many more spares for this poorly built helmet. Also I’d like to change my review of this helmet but unfortunately I don’t think I can. I also think that SBS shouldn’t be asking for reviews of items until people have had a few months of use to form a proper opinion asking customers to review a helmet after 2/3 weeks does not produce a true review just initial opinions. I think all reviews on SBS should be taken with a pinch of salt and the length of time requesting a review needs to be extended.
