Shark VZ400 Visor - Not Road Legal Good value and fits perfectly. I'd previously bought one off ebay which was a bit cheaper but woeful. I bought this Shark visor as reduced to £45. I thought that seemed reasonable and great visibility. I also bought a pinlock as it steams up too easily when cold but I'm sure if just used on a sunny warm day it'll be fine. It has a pale blue tint to the plastic but just right if you're sensible and just use on bright days. The reflective metal coating is just on the outside face, not like the stupid chinese ebay crap I returned (so dangerous).
Shark VZ400 Visor - Road Legal Got the light tinted one as I ride at night as well as during the day - perfectly usable in the dark, and adds a little additional shade during the daytime (improves on just using the helmets weird blue drop down sunvisor alone).
Plus it looks nicer ;)
Shark Ridill 2 - Bersek Black / Grey / Yellow Bought as a replacement for my growing teenager. Light, comfortable and quieter than his previous HJC so he says. Speaker pockets were perfect size for the cardo 40mm speakers to....
Shark Spartan RS - Stingrey Matt Anthracite / Blue Firm on your head, doesn't move when shaking.
It's well built feels very solid.
Ventilation system works great too
Shark RS Jet Carbon - Ikonik Carbon / Black Chrome The quality of this helmet is something else, the carbon is insane. Fit is perfect, visor mechanism and internal visor makes this a very high end open face helmet. Best price with Sportsbikeshop and delivery was super quick. Highly recommend
Shark Skwal i3 - Blank SP Matt Black It’s comfortable and has all the bells and whistles eg sun visor, pin lock etc. The lights are a bit gimmicky and to be honest I don’t bother charging it anymore (maybe I should because they do work and provide extra visibility…). My main issue is it seems like a loud helmet at speeds. I wear earplugs anyway but it is unbearable without them regardless of the bike (naked va adventure with buffeting).
I've used anti fog products on other helmets before with varying results, the sprays are pretty much trash imo, stick-ons are very good such as fog city, but the pinlock system is excellent ,nice and tidy and the anti fog works better than any.
