Shark Helmets

Where to start? Looks great, the flaps actually work, the visor coating actually works, the visor is silky smooth, you can fit a comms unit; light as hell! Change the visor in 10 seconds flat.

Perfect fit, as you'd expect with it being a Shark specific part. SBS service spot as as ever, but the price of this - a 6 inch piece of plastic, is outrageous, so lost a star there. Maybe SBS are hamstrung with Shark prices, but nonetheless, ridiculously expensive for what it is.
I made the mistake of accidentally throwing out the original breath guard last year. I won't be doing that again

I bought this helmet mainly because it doesn't have a stupid bespoke intercom mount right where I want to put the one I already own so well done Shark for not tying in buying a new helmet with having to change my comms unit as well or having to mount it on a sticky pad in an unnatural position. I have been a satisfied owner of HJC and Shoei but was frustrated by their offerings now but I am very happy with the Shark.

It is comfortable on long trips and all the vents allow for loads of air on hot days. The sun visor works well. I sit between M and L size and I can get away with the M in the Shark which may be part the reason it's quieter than my old GT air which was a L but the snug fit doesn't lead to any aches just maybe extra caution trying not fold my ears when putting it on and my mouth is almost touching the mic from my comms.
