Shark Spartan GT Pro helmet review
Comfy, lightweight and looks cool. What’s not to like?

A great upgrade for summer days out on your motorbike.Riding through tree lined B roads is better than wearing a standard light tint or a slow changing transitions type visor.
There's a small amount of glint from a few bright led headlights on cars, which is momentary but slightly distracting.
It's road legal day and night; although possible to use at night, I personally would carry a clear with me because of the glint mentioned.
Overall a great purchase.
This helmet is brilliant, it has a wonderfully deep and wide field of vision, the best of any helmet I’ve owned. Very comfortable to wear, as comfortable as my Schubert C5. It’s superb as an open faced helmet in summer, the sun visor was a bit sticky at first but is now smooth. The only criticism I have is the noise at low speed there appears to be quite an ingress of wind noise on the left side of the helmet from the flip over mechanism. This noise is noticeable at 20 mph and builds up with speed. This is nowhere near as quiet as my old Shark Evo ES which is disappointing.
Sum up brilliant and frustrating
Perfect fit for my ridill 2, just what I needed to stop bugs from flying into my helmet!!
This is my first ever helmet, bought for my upcoming CBT. I wanted one that met the latest EU regs and had also been through the UK SHAPRS test, but also didn't cost the earth.
I wear glasses and having the internal sun visor was a big plus as well.
I can't comment yet on the ventilation as I've only been riding around in circles at the training centre so far.
Only point to note is even though I just bought it, the helmet has 2022 inside, so I assume it's been sitting on a shelf for some time.
Lightweight and comfortable helmet, Im happy
