Got these for CBT, neighbour had lent me a pair of Alpine stars full boots for pre CBT riding but I found them a bit cumbersome for a beginner rider, so wanted more trainers like boots. These are still not like wearing trainers, they are stiff in all the right safety places, but are a bit easier for me to perform up shifts than the full boots. I find I need a size bigger in RST boots, With the AS boots this was not the case. Good value for money, I found not having the laces past the shoe section and using only the strap to secure the top of the boot was the most comfortable for me.
Bought a pair to replace my 25 year old Triumph boots,
Very comfortable on and off the bike.
Excellent sports boots, comfortable with level 2 safety throughout.
Designed and manufactured in Italy with style and attention to detail that ultimately shows in the finished product.
Form and function translates perfectly into a pair of top quality stylish, comfortable sports boots.
Everything they say they are. I've been living happily ever after in these boots for the last 3 years, saved my angle in a low speed off road tumble and never felt uncomfortable when walking even a couple of miles in a hurry. Strongly recommend. 100% waterproof after all this time as well.
These are furiously expensive - but the are exceptionally good. Super comfortable, amazing levels of protection and with super feel for the bike. Plus the venting means my feet don’t roast.
True, when it rains your feet get wet (after 15-20mins) but they dry fast if you take out the inner boot.
My last pair of SuperTechs lasted a dozen years of heavy use. Great boots that justify the price
