Superb customer service, instructions not very cle

Excellent website, next day delivery and superb customer service.
All components are very high quality and the assembled rack is good and sturdy.
Fitting it was difficult, and I'm an experienced home mechanic. The instructions are very short on written details and rely on exploded diagrams which are actually quite small. Using numbers for components AND stages was confusing and knowing that the final tightening needed to wait until the rack was completely but loosely assembled would have been very helpful.
Overall, an excellent rack and worth the money.

Came with everything it needed bar a screw cover which I wasn't going to cry about. When installed on the bike it was slightly off centre and needed a bit of encouragement to line up the holes with the mount. Otherwise a good sturdy product.
