Noisy, but bite like a bitter mother-in-law

HH pads are sintered, which means they deliver serious stopping power compared to standard organic pads - but nothing comes for free. In this case, the price you pay is noise. On my BMW 1250RT, my previous pads were virtually silent; with these, the noise is noticeably worse. A quick Google confirms this is a common gripe on all bikes with these pads fitted, not just BMW's.
The first few hundred miles are the worst - the pads make a constant, irritating sound even when not braking, and an impressively loud rumble/growl when you are. Over time, this settles down so the noise is mainly when braking… but it’s still far from quiet.
On the plus side, braking performance is superb. Less effort at the lever delivers harder stops, and they feel consistently strong whether wet or dry, hot or cold. They inspire real confidence - I just wish they’d do it more quietly.

Firstly, mine is a 2019 bike and these fit fine. There is an error on all the EBC listings (with all suppliers), stating up until 2018 model, which is incorrect.
, even with standard postage.
But this set were received very quickly and appear to factory bmw quality.

Fitted to a Triumph Explorer 1200 mk2.
Straight away better feel and more bite.
I have used EBC pads for years, always a quality product and perfect fit.
Better than the standard pad (Brembo) and at lower cost.
The Sportsbikeshop staff are so helpful making sure they were the correct product for my bike.

Very quick delivery of the brake pads. Easily fitted on my BMW GSA. Straight away I felt that these brake pads had a good feel even before the were fully bedded in. Now bedded in they are better than the original pads BMW fit. I certainly would recommend these pads as a bonus they are cheaper than BMW's.
