My first M.T. helmet, well built, comfortable, solid design visor, good vents,not to heavy .

The fit is very similar to my arai so quite 'round' and is comfortable with no pressure points. Sun visor could do with coming down farther as the bottom edge is very close to eye line. Locking mechanism is easy to use and nicely positive when locking. The comfort liner is a bit awkward to get out, cheek pads are easy the rest is not and fitting a boom mike for an intercom is a real pain !
On the whole not a bad helmet for the price.

I haven't heard of MT before this helmet but now I'm a believer.
If feels very well built, looks great with a nice paint finish. The fact you get an internal sun visor as well for this price is amazing.
And of course it passes ECE 22.06 so is very safe.
I'll be buying another for my girlfriend!

First and foremost the build quality of this helmet is outstanding! Overall safety is paramount when I search for a helmet. Head and hearing protection (wind noise) as well as general comfort and awesome design, this helmet checks all the boxes. For the price point, this helmet is unmatched in my opinion! I don't have a "cheap" head, so I don't want a cheaply made product just to save a few bucks! This helmet gives me wide, clear peripheral vision without glare. I feel very confident with this helmet and I highly recommend it.

Comfortable to wear. Easy to use chin strap. Versatility of opening up for fresh air. Includes sun shades which are easy to operate. Great quality for the price

Comfortable, not too heavy. Wish the visor would have adjustment that lets you just open it a little bit to prevent misting and that the sun visor slider knob was a little easier to operate with gloves but can't complain for the price

New to me but a well known brand in Spain the MT Genesis SV is a new offering. It appears to be a well appointed, comfy, flip up lid with drop down sun visor and pin-lock insert at an excellent price point.

Good quality flip up helmet. I previously have only purchased full face helmets, but with serious, not experienced before, fogging of visors, even with anti fog pin lock and others, this has been solved the problem. Yes a bit cold in this weather with helmet flipped up, but no visibility issues and of course can wear it closed in normal circumstances. I see MT helmets a lot more in continental Europe than in UK, but are good quality and value. I already own a Stinger 2 MT full face helmet.
