I struggle to understand why bikers always moan about smidsy situations and complain that they haven't been seen when wearing black.
I wanted a bright red jacket but struggled to find one as I am not female.
Anyway this jacket looked like just what I need to go over my airbag vest....the lack of back protection then wasn't an issue,but the elbow protection was....this has some.
SBS got me the smaller size to try but then ordered the correct size for me in store....it arrived within a week (faster than stated).
It's just what I need, lightweight and nicely made with arm vents that are surprisingly effective...great jacket, but most importantly, it's RED!

Seems decent but doesn’t have a back protector poc

I’d say sizing is true to size. The jacket is quite lightweight with a nice soft shell fabric that still feels sturdy. Looks great too. The issue is that there’s not actually a back protector pocket - just a pair of Velcro attachments. Presumably this is for Spidi’s proprietary back protector? Had to return it anyway for this reason

SPIDI Corsa Tex is the ideal motorcycle jacket for those who want lightness and comfort when riding sports and sport-touring motorbikes.
The external fabric is a 3-layer soft-shell, with bi-directional elasticity, constructed by coupling a layer of soft, anti-sweat multi-fibre with the Windout windproof membrane; on the hottest days, simply open the 2 vents - strategically placed on the upper part of the arms - to obtain effective air circulation. In colder climates you can instead use the removable 60 g/m2 quilted lining.
The high level of protection is guaranteed by the removable level 2 Warrior Lite protectors on the shoulders and elbows and the optional level 1 or 2 protectors on the back. Corsa Tex has obtained CE/UKCA class A certification according to EN 17092:4-2020.
