Merlin Brody D3O Riding Chino Single Layer Jeans - Black

Rode all summer in these, done about 2000 miles. Absolutely love them, I upgraded the armor to D30 Level 2 for that extra piece of mind. Great on the bike and off the bike, even when walking for distances, just feels like a normal pair of jeans. Rode them in some colder months for short rides in London and wore thermals underneath which worked. When it's time to replace these I will definitely buy again.

Excellent fit, discrete padding and I wear them to work without changing while retaining AA protection; so good I got the grey ones too.

I wanted a pair of black trousers good enough for work (smart casual) that I could ride to work in & wear all day.
Tried a few pairs, found these worked for me: good protection (AA), supplied knee & hip armour is very good (Ghost D3O).
The armour is very comfortable & I wear these all day for work. These are one of the lighter weight pairs of trousers that I tried, I suspect they may be quite warm in the summer.
Would be good if they were supplied in different leg lengths. I'm 6'2' and would probably have gone for a longer leg, if available.
I usually wear a 34" waist, but found they were a little baggy, so I've gone for 32" which fit like slim fit on me.
