Essentials for a hot summer

Bought this as my Bonneville was not enjoying the ridiculous hot weather. Changed coolant and spent a bit on the premium product. Made a massive difference to how often the fan kicked in. To be fair I think my 5 year old bike probably still had the original coolant in it as it had not done many miles when I bought it. All good now, don’t cheap out on oil or fluids if you love your machine!

It's Antifreeze

I'm not sure what I can say about this, It's antifreeze, it's from a reputable manufacturer, decent colour so it is visible in the expansion tank and from the spec appears to be compatible with most engines.
Also it's premixed so it's simple to add.

Searching for the best coolant for my Triumph Street Twin online, I came across Silkolene mag cool with OAT technology. Recommended in the manual for my bike.
Best price by far was the Sportsbikeshop offer. Bought 3 bottles which also qualified for free delivery - win, win.

This coolant is as good as any other I did get 2 identical bottles, but one was pinkish fluid other was greenish, emailed the shop to ask is this OK to mix they contacted supplier and confirmed it's not an issue, good to see a branch open in Hillington hope they do well.
