Bought this for the winter, it’s lovely and warm even when it’s minus oC. Armour feels good, no draughts at all. Got caught in the rain but didn’t feel any water ingress. Sizing was spot on. Got mine in the sale, so absolute bargain.

Great product, joining zip a little tricky but you get the hang of it.

Yes, there are lot's of layers in this but I did not feel cold on any day I rode in the winter, down to -2deg C. I look forward to removing layers for the warmer weather. Didn't test it in torrential rain but in the minor rain, I didn't get wet. Saving for the trousers now.

This jacket has so many features, it feels high quality and very good value and the discounted price. I have worn in low and middle range temperature and the ability to remove the lining and use the vents worked well. I would highly recommend this jacket and as usual great service from SBS.

Lots of intelligent features and vents to utilise.
Too many velcro fasteners for my liking and the inner lining is a bit loose and bulky making it difficult to find the arm holes.

Really nice top quality jacket, I have used it in near freezing conditions and it kept me warm and dry. Lots of attention to detail so it should be good in summer too with a layer or two removed. Definitely recommended, The green colour looks great too.

Purchased the jacket during January and it keeps you warm during very cold conditions. The protection (AA Rating) you get for the price you pay is superb. Would highly recommend.

Ticked all the boxes when I was looking for an all season jacket, but one for mainly colder winter rides. It's bright with a good level of branding across the body. The only negative being the use of velcro on the wrist cuffs. I would prefer a zip.

These are suitable for all year riding with the venting, pockets and their very well thought out removable thermal AND waterproof linings - being that there are zipped in and hold in place, this makes getting the gear on/off very easy - non of that lining coming out or twisting when removing the gear.
The fit is perfect (43" chest and went for size L), not bulky, plenty of movement and are very comfortable (worn with just base layers underneath). Also no rubbing around the neck when looking around (worn with a Revit Urban WB Wind Collar)
Tried and tested in 12 deg temp with a spot of rain and they worked perfectly.

Bought this as a winter jacket, been out in a few storms with it and it was very impressive. Brilliant in the rain, the water just ran off it. Keeps you very warm, but my t-shirt was a tad wet from sweat the jacket was that warm. I love the colour and the fit and finish is excellent from RST as usual.

The time had come to replace my well used and worn out riding gear and I wanted to stay with textile rather than leather. The RST Maverick Eco Jacket and jeans were the obvious choice as they offered all things for all seasons and included CE approved protection plus, they were on offer with an amazing 30% reduction on list price, making purchase a no brainer. The fit is perfect and the removable inner makes it suitable for all year wear keeping you war in winter and cool in summer. There are vents at all the right places and is water resistant, although as yet I haven't worn it in really wet conditions. If you are in it for good looks, it also fits that category as well, I purchased the Back/Orange but there is an alternative should this not fit your bill. The zips are strong and easy to use, pockets are plentiful and there is a 360 degree jacket to jeans zip the will keep it all together in the event of a spill. In a nutshell, just brilliant gear.

What can I say? I love this jacket. Its a great fit, very comfortable and with multiple removable layers and plenty of vents can be used all year round.
The only thing I can't comment on is how waterproof it is as I haven't been out in the rain....but I'm confident it will do the job.
