Give your fingers a treat with the right pair of winter gloves...
Having used these gloves three times in temperatures ranging from 3-9 Centrigrade for 2 hours each time, I can confirm they do keep my hands and more importantly, fingers warm. I ride two different scooters fitted with hand muffs. Rather then get heated grips on both I bought the gloves instead. The batteries aren't intrusive when wearing the gloves, fitting into small pockets underneath the cuffs. The measurement guide was accurate and I would definitely recommend using it, as my size was listed as XL when I usually wear size L. The only thing I would point out, is when turning the gloves on they display red (full heat) but after a few minutes revert to white (coolest setting). To overcome this I turn on the gloves then scroll through the settings back to red and they stay that way unless you change it. The gloves themselves are comfortable to wear, have a useful elasticated cuff and a velcro fastened outer cuff. I don't think they'd be waterproof, nor great protection in an accident, but I don't mind the trade off for having comfortably warm hands again.
