Picked up another pair of the Aggressor 3.0 socks (my third) because the others have been spot on. They’re very warm without feeling thick or stuffed into your boots, and they’ve got enough breathability that your feet don’t end up sweaty on long rides. They sit nicely in the boot, don’t slip down, and just feel mostly comfortable the whole time. They can be a bit tight around the top of the calf after a day in them (I've got fairly big calves but I'm no bodybuilder) as the elastic is tight, but after a few washes they've got better. Dinged a star for that.
They also wash well and keep their shape, which is more than I can say for plenty of other “technical” socks I’ve tried. Simple bit of kit that does exactly what it should, and that’s why I’ve ended up buying another pair.
