I don't need to tell people about how well it works, that's well documented.
Is it easy to fit though?
The answer is it's a simple process but you may have to be braver than you think! The insert in my MT Braker helmet is a (very) tight fit between the visor tabs, so to get it in you may have to bend the visor or insert (I'd go visor) significantly. Make sure that the inside of the visor is spotless before you fit it and make sure you don't get your fingers on it trying to fit it... Or you'll probably be starting again.
Make sure the silicone seal of the insert is snug on the visor and you're good to go.

Only been out once since I fitted the pinlock insert and it works like a dream, not a hint of fogging on a visor where it was previously a big problem.
Very easy to fit too and i don't notice any difference in peripheral vision.

- The insert is placed between two adjustable eccentric pins, making it easy to install or switch as weather conditions change
- Less scratch resistant than the visor
This product can be used all the year round during hot and humid summer conditions and wet, cold periods. Riding with a completely closed visor in these conditions is possible without fogging-up using this product. Pinlock® lenses are created out of a moisture absorbing plastic and the silicone seal on the lens creates an airtight pocket between the visor and lens. Easy to clean, simply use lukewarm water or a small amount of mild liquid soap and water and a damp, non-abrasive cloth only. Allow the lens to dry naturally. A truly unique system that ensures you will have a clear view whatever the weather condition.
