Power chair ramps
06 Sep 2026 by Trev.
Bought these to get a power wheelchair in the boot of our next car,so as we don’t have to fit an expensive hoist. Ramps were £200 for 2, whereas hoist is £3K.

Finger trapping cheese grater
07 Dec 2025 by Richard
No handles so it’s easy to trap your fingers. It’s a short steep ramp (into a vivaro van) and when loading in wet my bike wheel spun and it grated some lovely bits of rubber off.

Description
Manufacturer
Oxford Loading Ramp
- Lightweight folding construction
- Easy to store when not in use
- Slip resistant design
- For use with bikes up to 300kg
- Dimensions: 2.1m / 7ft long x 27.5cm / 11" wide
This ramp is both compact and light, making it highly portable. The stainless steel construction offers strength and the best possible corrosion resistance. The flat deck makes it easier to push a bike up the ramp than ramps with bars, and the grippy texture gives total confidence.
