Verified Customer Reviews for ROKiT 5200mAh Portable Tyre Inflator
Customers appreciate this compact and versatile tyre inflator for its convenience and effectiveness. It fits easily into small spaces, such as bike bags or under seats, making it ideal for tours or emergencies. With features like automatic pressure cut-off and power bank capability, it provides peace of mind despite some minor flaws, such as hose length and pressure accuracy. While the inflator generally meets expectations, improvements in instruction clarity could enhance user experience. Nonetheless, its effectiveness and reliability make it a valuable tool.
So incredibly simple to use.
This is a fantastic piece of kit I brought it for my motorcycle but had to use it on my partner’s car and it worked great. I highly recommend this pump ?
I have only used it once but it seems very satisfactory.
Its main benefit is that its small and runs from internal Batteries
So no trailing wires and I can use it on vehicles and push bike.
Small enough to carry.
Compact, self contained and does exactly what it says on the box. Perfect for keeping my bike tyres at the correct pressure and also the car.
It is easy to use and auto-switches off when the tyre reaches the set pressure. Accurate against an external pressure gauge.
Small and compact, used it to top up some car and bike tyres. Should have enough power to sort out a puncture to get somewhere safe..
Small enough to go under the seat on a gen 1 Hayabusa along with Oxford tyre repair kit. Charged up and used to check tyre pressures. Not used in the rain at the side of the motorway in the middle of winter yet (and hopefully never necessary) but appears to be good value so far.
Not that its much use to me now because I just got banned from driving. Oops.
Good:
Compact
Light
Good battery
Clear controls
Easy to use
Not so good:
Under reads by 2-3 PSI according to my other gauge and the bike’s TPMS
A slightly longer hose might be even handier
Overall I’m pleased with this portable pump and having it before and after a puncture is very reassuring for that ride home after the repair. Recommended!
Sits under the seat alongside the repair kit.
Just what you need to give you a bit of confidence in the event of a puncture. I used it to check my tyre pressures and it was quick and accurate ( compared it to a much larger and more expensive 12v inflator that I know is pretty accurate). Worth every penny just for peace of mind.
Very small and blows tyres up {slowly}, but didn't expect it to be super fast because of it's size. Let my rear tyre down to 20 psi just to try it out, set it to 42 psi, set it going and left it, when it stopped it had used one bar of battery and put 43.6 psi into the tyre, which would have taken about ten bottles from a tyre repair kit. only reason I gave it four stars, air line is too short and is screw on type, so I have supplemented it with an extra hose with brass quick connector.
Love this product. Nice and small so easy to carry with you
I was looking for a mini compressor to keep beneath my bike seat (CB500X) where there is very little room. I saw this and was pleased to see that the dimensions are 'confirmed'. I 3D printed a box of those exact dimensions and checked that it would fit beneath my seat; it did but barely.
When I received the inflator and tried to fit it beneath my seat I found it would not fit. Confused, I got a pair of callipers and measured the inflator. It is in fact 44mm wide and NOT 38mm wide as 'confirmed' in the Q&As. Rokit also lists the thickness as 38mm.
On closer inspection of the box it is called "Portable tire inflator Ti1.1". Thus it is a 'updated' version being sent than the one pictured. Rokit's website doesn't even mention a Ti1.1 version. To conclude the story I did some cutting and chose to keep the inflator.
The inflator itself worked fine in my testing and I appreciate the boxy shape.
Very handy to have on group runs
Came on time, works as required
Works well, good value and accurate easy to use excellent service from SBS
Purchased this from the Boston store after some great advice by Fenny.
Great to use for my Pikes Peak and it’s a fantastic size to keep with me on a trip. I’ve had several punctures over the past few years, I wish I’d purchased this sooner. I’ve tested it too, works really well and cuts out when the set target is achieved.
Thanks SBS.
Great compact charger that’s easy to use. Inflates quickly and isn’t all that loud. Have used it as a power bank also, but it does drain the battery quickly when you do this. All round great bit of kit.
Good brand, a bit noisy
