Ridden in the rain with this jacket and it kept me dry. Now the warmer weather is here I removed the inner liner and the airflow through is excellent, keeping me cool. Quality feel to it and feels reassuringly safe. Worth every penny.

I’ve worn it 5-6 times now out riding for 2-3 hours at a time, It’s pretty warm with the liner in on colder days and lets plenty of air through with it removed, I haven’t had the opportunity to use it in +25 degree heat yet but I think it’ll have enough ventilation for really hot days. The D30 armour (which comes fitted in the jacket) is supple and pliant so you don’t really notice it is there. First impressions are it’s a good quality, well constructed jacket.

Ordered an XL, I’m 1.8m, 94kg and 44 inch chest, it fits very nicely with enough room for a mid layer if needed. The waterproof insert works well to keep the wind chill low on cooler days. Very happy with product and service from sportsbikeshop.

Best jacket I have ever used for hot conditions. Better protection than an armoured shirt and I think keeps me cooler on those hot days. Also has a waterproof removable layer which is excellent and waterproof!

This jacket is good in many ways, ideal in hot weather, bought for a trip to Spain/ Portugal in September. Looks the business, especially for retro bikes, had to go up a size to get the best fit, comes with a waterproof liner which helps in the UK. Well vented, matching trousers next.
Fantastic customer service from Sally on the first jacket being damaged by the manufacturer, quick response and free returns. Excellent service as usual from Sportsbikeshop.

The Shenstone II is a versatile jacket for both wet and hot rides. For those wet rides, a highly waterproof and breathable 15k/10k membrane lining works to keep the rider dry. Then for those dry and warm days, detach the lining and the technical waxed cotton upper which has been combined with large air mesh ventilation panels, provide maximum airflow. Shenstone II has lots of fit adjustment, subtle branding, and many usable pockets. To top it off, 5 pieces of D3O® armour is pre-fitted.
