Keis Multinational Fast Charger

I bought the fast charger to charge the 5000mAh Keis battery, but realised when I came to use it so the first time that there is no cable supplied.
I contacted Keis, who advised I purchase a double ended usb c cable.
There was no mention of needing one separately when I bought the charger, so I am disappointed about this.
The service from Sportsbikeshop however was as usual excellent- very quick delivery.

This product suits a heated vest battery pack... there is a very similar unit which suits other battery packs for other heated clothing and items... unfortunately i initially purchased the wrong charger through lack of knowledge on my part.... had to send it back and re-order the correct item... hassle on my part and also no doubt administration and labour costs your end... Would be handy if the items were listed together as a (works together) package... with option to buy seperately.... might avoid similar confusion..
