Spada Gambeson Thermal Trousers - Black

These retain a lot of warmth considering how thin and lightweight they are.
I have worn them under denim style riding jeans on a cool autumn day and they did not feel bulky at all and certainly did a good job of keeping me warm, I was pleasantly surprised ! More recently I wore them under my insulated textile trousers on some very cold winters days and I was oblivious to the cold ! After walking around for about 15 minutes I get back on the bike to return home and realised how incredibly warm I was riding home ! If you ride in cold weather and feel the cold you really need something like this, just remember they will only retain the heat if you are already warm, if you start feeling cold get off and walk around to warm up, preferably inside.
Good insulation properties retain the heat for a long time, not bulky and when I get home I am reluctant to take them off !
My only criticism is the cuffs around the ankles have very strong elastic which is a bit unnecessary as it makes them a bit hard to get off unless you have someone to help !
