Excellent Helmet

This is my first (more expensive) lid. I’ve only ever had cheap ones in the past (as little as £45 in some cases) so when I decided to go for something that costs a lot more I was sceptical about the difference being significant enough to justify the price. That said, the Nolan N100-6 is really well made, all the buttons and locks work exceptionally well and are situated in convenient locations making opening the face up and locking it easy when wearing gloves. The sun visor ratchets down and flips back up nicely and thankfully there’s enough room for my glasses in between my face and the visor without contacting the screen or pressing into my face. If there’s anything to criticise it’s that my glasses have to be squeezed past my head to put them on whilst wearing the helmet but they’re not uncomfortable once in place and there’s no chance they’re falling off whilst I’m riding! I love the styling and the finish is flawless. Overall 5 stars

The durable shell in Lexan™ polycarbonate provides strong protection in case of impact, while the adjustable sun visor (VPS) gives you the protection against the sun, and the AirBooster technology to stay cool. The N100 is ready to receive an N-Com system, so you can stay connected to your friends, or listen to music.
LPC - Liner Positioning
This system allows the position of the cap to be adjusted, which in turn allows the helmet to be adjusted for different head shapes and sizes.
This ensures a comfortable and secure fit for all riders.
Microlock² Retention System
The Microlock² Retention System features a double lever design with micrometric adjustment.
It consists of a thermoplastic ergonomic opening lever and an aluminium toothed holding lever. The toothed lever releases the micrometric strip, ensuring that the chin strap can only be opened with a broad rotation of the opening lever.
This system minimizes the possibility of unintentional opening.
AirBooster Technology
Nolan's exclusive "AirBooster Technology" upper system ensures optimal ventilation in the areas where riders need it most.
The air flow arriving from the upper air intake is guided and directed to the critical areas, to prevent any dispersion and to guarantee maximum comfort, even in extreme riding conditions.
