The Action Pro MK2 is Knox's lightest weight, most breathable armoured shirt ever.
It is included as part of a new category of Athleisure styles from Knox. Athleisure is a growing trend of activewear clothing appropriate for exercise and everyday wear. This important new development by Knox acknowledges the increasing desire of some riders to ride in apparel that is comfortable and has flexibility and style but with no less protection than other more traditional riding gear.
The Action Pro Shirt MK2 gives the rider maximum airflow made possible by meticulously placed mesh panels, and new breathable mesh cuffs.

Armoured shirts are at the heart of Knox protective apparel, first invented by the brand in the 1990s, they offer unrivalled protection due to their close-fitting nature and are a more breathable and lighter weight alternative to a traditional motorcycle jacket.

Wearing a close-fitting armoured shirt is the best way to protect a rider. It ensures the armour is comfortably held in the right place, rather than it moving around in a loose jacket.

In The Action Pro Shirt MK2 - abrasion resistance comes in a package that is lightweight and breathable while being cut close to the body in a flattering fit. For 2025, the shirt received updates to the design to make it even more versatile, breathable and stylish than its predecessor. Made with sustainable Sorona® Agile, an eco-efficient fibre which is partially made with plant-based polymers from Dupont, this fabric has a subtle piquet texture, yet has high levels of strength, stretch, and stain resistance. This is paired with Knox's lightweight four way stretch mesh and subtle monochrome contour fabric. The Action Pro Shirt MK2 has 3 external pockets that utilise seamless welding, meaning the rider will have ample storage for their possessions. New improved elasticated mesh cuffs maximise airflow in the garment, whilst reflective details, branding and zip pullers are present for visibility.

A welded zip pocket on the chest and two zipped side bellow pockets gives more storage space than the previous Action Pro Shirt, meaning the rider is ready for wherever their adventure takes them. This Action Pro Shirt MK2 has four-way stretch that provides the rider with a full range of movement. Re-designed for maximum airflow, the stretch mesh panels on the chest, back and under the arms have been specifically placed to keep the rider cool. Premium branding in discreet reflective that shines bright under lights, the subtle detailing continues with a hidden Knox logo in the back elastic mesh at the hem. Stretch mesh elasticated cuffs have thumb loops for additional security. The Action Pro MK2 has Knox's signature security belt loop system on the inside of the shirt. This ensures that riders can secure their trousers to the shirt.

The Action Pro Shirt MK2 has been designed for all types of motorcycle riders and offers Class A performance CE approved protection. Due to its active stretch and sports aesthetic however, it's also perfect for other adrenaline sports including MTB, Off Road and Snowsports.

The most discreet low profile Knox body armour can be found in the Action Pro MK2. The shirt is fitted with Micro-Lock Compact, the most progressive protection from Knox, with advances in all key areas. Up to 60% lighter, thinner and more supple for all day comfort.

Micro-Lock Compact is engineered to move easily with the body when riding and has excellent form recovery.
A patented Flex and Adapt, side closure system, opens and closes naturally and gives uninhibited movement. The closure system also provides unbroken coverage, ensuring the rider remains protected at all times.

The Micro-Lock Compact Level 1 shoulders and elbows are approved to EN 1621-1:2012 L1 and a Level 2 back protector is approved to EN 1621-2: 2014.
Armour can easily be removed for easy washing of the shirt.
A separate removable Micro-Lock chest protector can be added as an optional extra.
The Action Pro MK2 is CE approved to EN 17092 - 4:2020 for road use with a Class A Certification and can therefore be worn on its own for warm weather riding. When it turns cool or wet, the wearer can simply add a warm or waterproof layer from the Seasonless® Collection.

The Action Pro MK2 has been designed to work seamlessly with all styles in the Knox Seasonless® Collection. So in changing weather conditions just add warm or waterproof layers, knowing that the Action Pro MK2 is still the CORE abrasion and armour layer beneath.
