Bought these trousers as my old RST ones weren't effective anymore. I got the XL (I'm a 34 waist in Jeans) and they're perfect. With the liner they're incredibly warm, my boots fit under the leg cuff and they keep you bone dry. Well worth it!

Having upgraded my older kit these are a world different, good fit with adjustable waist the liners are fully zipped in at the waist and ankles so no more pulling out when taking them off and in the short wet ride nice and dry
