Just done over 2000 miles around France in these, aside from flip flops, these were my main pair of shoes.
On the bike they are comfy and on held out the rain on an 200km wet day.
Off the bike, they are just like trainers, only a little higher than a stand hi top trainer. Again super comfy.
They look like Vans, but offer better protection. For £99... it's a no brainer

Nice boots, sturdy ankle support and quite chunky like a skateboard or snowboard boot

I've been genuinely impressed with the Spada Strada S motorcycle boots. The best compliment I can give them is that they feel more like a pair of comfortable trainers than traditional bike boots.
The day they arrived, I put them straight on and ended up wearing them all day. That included a good three to four-hour ride, plenty of walking around at my destination, and then the ride home. Normally, by the end of a day like that, I'm desperate to get my boots off. This time, I completely forgot I was even wearing them.
Despite being so comfortable, they never felt flimsy or lacking in protection. They gave me plenty of confidence on the bike, with the reassuring feel you'd expect from a proper motorcycle boot, while still being comfortable enough to wear off the bike without a second thought.
If you're looking for a boot that combines all-day comfort with the confidence of proper riding protection, the Spada Strada S is well worth considering.
