Spada Clothing

This Spada jacket is a very good design and offers a lot for the money. The canvas material shell looks and feels great, plus the reinforced elbow with ballistic nylon adds to the feeling of confidence and security. Long and short zippers for trouser connectivity is a nice touch, as are the 4 front vents and rear vent. During this hot weather I have been able to remove the WP liner and thermal liner and have stayed relatively cool compared to my usual leather jacket. It’s not the latest jacket from Spada, that’s the Vanguard however it is half the price! I may upgrade to the excellent Spada Texrahex which is in my Spada Ronin jeans I’m wearing. Finally, there is plentiful adjustment in waist, arms and cuff which is important if you utilise the layering technique.

The only negative is that the liners take a bit of patience to install. Personally, I have always preferred a separate waterproof jacket which can be donned in seconds, plus it keeps the outer shell dry.

SBS Boston bunch are great, as ever and I’ve been darkening their doorways for over 10 years which must tell you something.

Simple, no nonsense, very comfortable gloves. Well made. Wouldn’t wear them for spirited riding, but great for pootling about on a scooter through town. Great colour too.

Great quality motorcycle jeans. Really good fit, brilliant finish, very comfortable.

Bit tighter than I expected, maybe try a size up in this product before you buy. Colours are great, love it . Few blemishes in the paintwork but for the price it’s expected. Wind noise is fine , no more than I’m used too. I would recommend..

These gloves were true to size. However give they are protective equipment, they have a critical design flaw.

Even when the wrist strap is at it tightest the gloves can easily be pulled off. Therefore in the event of an accident, these gloves are nearly useless.

Well made gloves, the stitching did come a little loose but thats only the palm pad
