Light and breathable even in the hot weather - easy to forget you’re wearing it ! Only downside is that you have to purchase back armour separately

Perfect for European Summer

I never write reviews, but felt that had to give praise where due.
After baking for days on previous Euro trips in normal textiles, I decided one of these mesh thingies may be a good idea, so got this one.
Honestly, at 22/23 degrees and no liner, I actually felt on the slightly-too-cool side, but 2 weeks riding in France & Italy in June 2026 in stupid temperatures proved just how good at cooling this is, and what a blessing it was. Except of course for the day where we riding through 42.5c air temperatures in central France, where it still flowed a ton of air, just very hot air...
Apart from that one day it made my whole trip hugely more comfortable, and if you're riding in 25deg+ temps, I'd highly recommend it.
Fit is true to size, and a comfort fit rather than super-snug. Having 4 internal pockets is so useful too. I like it!
